ČSAD Slaný s.r.o. was established by transformation from the former ČSAD Slaný company. In 2000, the company acquired a majority share in the ICOM transport group and has been its member ever since. The company operates centers in Slaný, Teplice and Jablonec nad Nisou.

In 2001, the corporation ICOM transport a.s., which ČSAD Slaný is a part of, received the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. The certificate has been regularly renewed, most recently in 2021 as ISO 9001:2015 certificate  that includes the activity of "International and domestic road transport using own vehicles, including transport according to ADR and ATP regulations, service and repair of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and operation of regular public transportation, city bus transportation and chartered tour transportation by own vehicles."

OPERATION OF PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORTATION LINES IN CENTRAL BOHEMIA AND PRAGUE:

• The Slaný center operates 19 transportation lines using 44 modern Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses as part of the Prague integrated transportation system (PID).

OPERATION OF PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORTATION LINES IN THE ÚSTÍ region:

• The Teplice center operates 18 lines using 39 modern Setra and Iveco buses in the Ústí Region Transport (DÚK).

OPERATION OF PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORTATION LINES IN JABLONEC NAD NISOU:

• The Jablonec nad Nisou center operates 22 lines using 27 hybrid Mercedes-Benz and Rošero buses as part of the Integrated Transportation System of the Liberec Region (IDOL).
